Steps to make Kofta Curry:

  1. Sub say pehlay ik bowl may minced,onion,ginger garlic,green chilli,fresh Coriander,salt,chilli flakes, cumin seed,red chilli Coriander powder, turmeric powder,whole spice powder dalein or mix Karen.
  2. Phir almond or cashews ka powder bana lein or us may dall dein or phir gram flour dalein or achi tarah mix Kar lein phir un ki balls bana lein or un ko golden brown honay tuk fry Kar lein.
  3. Phir ik patilay may oil dalein or phir onion paste dalein or phir ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,Coriander powder,turmeric powder,cumin seed,dalein or 5-10 minute Kay liay pakayen or phir us may tomato paste dalein or phir koftay dalein or pakayen or phir water dalein or us ka water dry honay tuk paknay dein medium flame pay.
  4. Or phir us may Yogurt dalein or sath he water dalein or 5-10 minute Kay liay pakayen or phir is may Baki ki chezen dalein or mix Karen.
  5. Or phir serve karen.
