The ingredients needed to prepare Makhana kheer:

  1. Take 100 gms of makhana.
  2. You need 50 gms of sugar.
  3. You need 1/2 litre of milk.
  4. Use 1/2 tsp of ghee.
  5. You need 1 tbsp each of sliced almonds and cashew.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.

  1. In a kadhai heat ghee and roast Makhana for few minutes. Keep stirring..
