- Rinse rice in one bowl and in another bowl all dals and soak in water for 4-hours.
- Drain excess water from rice and dals and transfer in mixer jar. Blend them add 1/2 cup of curd and salt.
- Blend it till smooth consistency and than transfer into other bowl and cover the lid and keep in warm place for 7-8 hours.
- After 8 hours open lid stir the batter and add grated dudhi(lauki) ginger, garlic, green chilli paste. oil and turmeric powder.
- Add baking soda (cooking soda). Pour tablespoon lemon juice.
- Heat oil in one pan add mustard seeds when crackle add cumin seeds, sesame seeds and pinch of hing and add into batter.
- Spread the batter as per size of pan than over with lid and keep it in low flame.
- Cooked it looks cooked light golden brown than flip it gently to cooked other side. Than transfer into the plate. Handvo pudla is ready to serve.
