Steps to make Idli Sambhar:

  1. Heat oil and a large kadai, add 2 tsp oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried red chilli, fenugreek leaves saute for a minute. Add onion, greenchilles cook for a minute..

  6. (Instant Rava idli):- Take a bowl add Rava, curd, salt baking soda and some water mix well make a medium consistency batter..
  7. Grease idli stand with oil pour with spoon idli batter into the mould and microwave for 4-5 minutes..
  8. Or steamed on gas for 15 minutes..
  9. Serve hot sambar with hot steamed idli..
